I have been interested in that unit.
Wonder if it can replace worn out Posi Units in my 12 bolt posi for my 1967 & 1968 Camaro.
Wonder what street usage sound like.
I hear it clicks on turns alot. I'm not into that noise. I hear that noise to much on my 1974 Corvette. I just add Posi Traction fluid, to quiet it down, tho.

I thought I saw once that they made posi replacement units, but I haven't been able to get hard evidence of it. Try giving them a call.

As for the clicking, it isn't all that bothersome, once you get used to it. I have the stiff springs in mine to boot. It is only noticable in tight turns (I do get looks when maneuvering in the pits and staging lanes, though). Your Vette is making noise for a completely different reason (unless it has a non-clutch type locker, which is what the PowerTrax is).

THANKS for that call.
Actully the Vette unit is quite fine. BUT, I did need to add a bottle of the GM posi stuff. That cured it. Posi clutches needed more lube.
It's just I'm not into making noise, when driving, I get paranoid, like when I sit next to a VW bettle at a traffic light, what's wrong with my car, what is that noise?? What do I have to fix, now?
