How hard to switch from rear disk to drums?

I currently have a 3.23 non limited slip rear end with disk brakes..

I have the opportunity to purchase a new rear end which is 3.73 Richmond gears and Posi., but the only thing is the rear end has drum brakes..

Is this going to be more trouble than it's worth, or is it a fairly easy thing to do?

Thanks..

What type of conversion will I need to do for the brakes? Going from disk to drum, or is it a bad idea? Should I just try to find a Posi rearend with disk brakes..

you may need the brake lines from a V8 camaro and the master cylinder up front from a V8 Camaro that has disks all the way around that way it will be equal in braking, thats what I would do just to be sure.

Why don't you just take the components out of the drum setup, an install them into your disc rearend?

Both rears are 7.5....keep the discs (better stopping power) and just switch the posi & gears.....
