Results from 9-bolt 3.45 to 3.70
I recently swapped my 3.45 ratio 9-bolt to a 3.70 ratio, to go with my soon to come T56 swap. I'm still running the T5 in the meantime. The car launches better and pulls harder thru the gears, but I still cant get any traction to run a better ET. What I really like is cruising along at 70 MPH on the freeway, tapping the throttle to pass someone, and hitting 90 MPH really quickly!
I've found that I've lost 5 MPH per RPM, meaning I was at 2000 RPMs at 60 MPH in overdrive, now I'm at 55 MPH. I was at 3000 RPMs at 65 MPH in 4th gear, now I'm at 60 MPH.

You guys can quit emailing me now. The 3.45 rear end went into my dad's car, and his 3.27 rear end was sold to a local guy. Sorry...
