Hm maybe someone could help me who may have had this prob.... I have a 700r4, i have adjusted the cable, and it doesnt seem to be the prob, When im racing the trainny will not shift from 2nd to 3rd in manual mode when the pedal is to the floor. It shifts from 1ns to 2nd fine but at about 5000 i click it into 3rd and nothin the rpms just keep climing, i have to let off the gas a little before it will shift , then get back on it. When i put it ion auto though, it shifts fine through all gears but at liek 4800 so it no use to me. Suggestions?

I think we've all had that... but I don't think anybody's pinpointed a problem. I had it on my original transmission; the 2nd one and my current 3rd one don't have that 2-3 WOT upshift problem.

I tell ya though, it was almost a big "O" when my 2nd tranny completed a 2-3 WOT shift... Wow, what a feeling. Er, hate to rub it in... If it makes you feel better, remember, I'm on my 3rd trans. ($$$)
