What size stall for my 700R4?

What size stall for my 700R4? 1800,2000,2300 or 2500?

Car: 1988 Camaro

Engine: 383 Stroker

Transmission: Probuilt 700 R4

Axle/Gears: 3.73

with a 3.73 rear end, I would go with a 2500-3000 lockup stall converter. Along with that you should also buy a external tranny cooler for the higher temps the new converter will make
