Clutch chatter Bad! HELP

Clutch chatter Bad! HELP

new matching clutch and plate throwout bering and fly wheeland input bearing (roller). No oil leaks!

Shifted into first worked great until about 30 minutes of driving. Started in first, dam near go throwen out of the car it shuttered so bad. Can somone tell me why this is still happing to this car after the new clutch etc.
If it were a horse it shoot it!. DAM !! Thanks in advance.!~

It sounds like this is a problem that you had before. I had this problem too. When I did a clutch I had the flywheel surfaced. Same results, after a short drive it was back to its old ways. The theory I've heard is that the "hot spots" in the flywheel really never go away. The resurface helps for this short period but then they come back quickly and with a vengeance. If this is the case (hot spots on your flywheel) I don't know of any solutions (short of heat treating it, and that's all just theoreticall, as in, I don't have a clue if it can be done). You may be stuck with it or need a new flywheel to fix it. <shrug>

I installed a new flywheel when the clutch was replaced! I posted an artical regarding the clutch pedal been stiff. Could this cause the problem? Its a T-5 305What to Type Emotion Graphic That Will Appear
