T-5 busted!!! HELP!!

I let my friend drive it.
It feels like a trans mount broke. I second it feels the shifter is going to come out of the console. I gun it and it knocks HARD. Havent looked under the car yet. Please help.

Trans mount is likely broken. It's the rubber piece between the trans tailshaft and the crossmember.

Get under it safely and inspect it, it looks like a rectangular rubber block with two bolts holding it to the tailshaft and one threaded stud holding it to the crossmember.

Easy fix, search around here and you'll find the procedure.

The stock mounts always break. Don't blame your friend. I could break a stock one the very first time I took off, with the stock motor in my car.

Get an Energy Suspension one and you'll never have to worry about it again.

the guys are right man, those stuck mounts don't need much to break, get the energy one and you can do it yourself in 30 mins.
