leaky trans issue

Engine: 305
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.42
leaky trans issue
ok so my trany is starting to slip worse because its leaking worse was bad before but getting worse i got the car last year and it kind of leaked but not as bad as it does now.so i went to go tighten the pan bolts but they wont tighten and neither will the bolt for the speedometer sensor. any ideas on how to fix this or am i better of trying to find a new trans? its a 700r4 btw

They've been overtightened until they stripped. That's fixable, but with the trans slipping, start hunting for a replacement.
