I was looking over the tech artical on sawpping an auto/T5 and it says that I can't use the flywheel bolts from a auto on a manual flywheel, unfortunatly I don't have them. The donor car didn't have a motor/flywheel so I had to buy it seperately.

Where would be a good place to get the bolts I need and the rod that goes between the release fork and slave cylinder? Thanks

 

you can't use them b/c the flywheel is thicker then the flex plate of the auto, just get some high grade bolts from your hardware store.

 

Thanks, Anyone know where I can get the little push rod that goes between the slave cylinder and fork (or the correct length, if I have to make one). Also is it possible to remove the master cylinder from the flexable line to replace it(I think mine's locked up ) Thanks Again

I picked up the flywheel to crank bolts at the dealer, were only about $1 each. I figured that was the safest way to go.
