10 bolt to 9 bolt BW

I have a 10 bolt drum brake setup wanting to change to PBR rear disc.
Is it worth just getting plates to mount the rear disc on the 10 bolt or just swapping out for the 9 bolt?
I have the e-brake cables from the 9 bolt but what else do I need to change?
Both axles are in good working order.

Either way, you'll need to swap the proportioning valve--and speedo gears if the ratio on the second rear is different.

Got the prop valve as for the speedo gear, im going from 3:23 to 3:45 is there much difference to even bother?
Whats the site for rear disc brake conversions on here?
Theres bigbrakeupgrade and another one who sold brackets for 10 bolts.

The speedo question is up to you. I'm **** enough to want the speedo to register the correct speed.

Here's Ed Miller's site for the conversion kit:

Thank you,
Just curious if anyone has checked or knows, if the caliper plate on the 9 bolt fit the 10 bolt.

Won't fit. The backing plates have different bolt patterns.
