i have a modifyed 700r4 with a 30 spline input shaft. high volume pump, 9 cluchs, transgo shift kit, and vette servo. will a 400 small block chevy with about 430 Hp and 470 ft lbs blow the trans or am i safe.if it makes a dif i have a 3000 stall converter. thanx

Curent: 350,performer RPM intake ,650dp, 700r4, headers, 3inch exhast
Spring 01: 406, Comp 282 solid cam, 2400 stall converter, every thing else the same.

If properly assembled and with a good Sprag that should be no problem. Do you have the .477 Boost Valve? That should be used with that setup.
