Motor Swap, now I have no Lock up

Any suggestions on how I should hook up my lock up. When I swaped my 305 tbi for a 350 carb I tried to plug in as much electrical stuff as possible. The only thing off is the TPS and the coil and distributor wires. I was kinda hoping that the computer would still control it. I know I can do a toggle switch, but I was told there was a way for lock-up to come on when ever the tranny shifts to overdrive. Any help, I hope this will improve the mileage I lost.

Run the wire from the pressure switch to the black side of the solnoid. Run the other side of the solnoid to terminal "A". As long as 12v is applied to "A" it will lock up in 4th. Some trannys have solnoids with only 1 wire, but most 88's i've spotted have the 2 wire so you should be OK.

SC88, I've been looking for the same answer myself, fixing to drop a 400 with non CC carb and distibutor. Let me know how this works out. You can e-mail at DanAndAmyInNC@aol.com

Good Luck!
