Damn!!! I freakin typed up a very good explanation of it and then forgot to put in my freakin password. When i went back on the browser it erased everything. DAMN it!!!

YOu guys can find lots of great explanations just by searching this board for T56. Basically though you need the trans, bellhousing, clutch, flywheel, pedals, and a speedo recalibration unit. It's all pretty easy to do and just requires a little patience and common tools. For the crossmember, just measure how much farther back it needs to sit and tell a welding shop to move the center back on your old one that distance. Cost me $20. The do sell ones on the net, but they are about $120. Any pedals from a firebird or camaro from 1983 till atleast 1997 will fit. Even V6. Bolt the pedals on first and then use the mount on the pedals as a template for where to drill for the master cylinder. Only hard part is removing the automatic trans. Driveshaft will fit as well as torque arm. Don't worry, it's not hard and you'll never regret it.
