There is a ticking sound coming from the front of the trans or the bellhousing. It is there constantly. In gear and out. It increases with RPM speed. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Any ideas on what it could be?

 

Ok, I decided to take the car out of the garage despite the noise, and my clutch is slipping. Would this cause this chattering? I have to pull it all out anyway now, so do you think something else needs to be replaced. I have a new pilot bearing I might as well put in now too.
