need clutch help

I am having a problem with my clutch dosent seem to disengage the engine quickly enough, during my 1-2 shift, its hard to do it quickly... and sometimes it wont go into gear (any gear) until i let the engine totally rev down... and then its still very rough to get in. This usally only happens when the car is warmed up...I have a fresh 350 target motor... and a brand new slave cylinder. resurfaced flywheel.. and an new clutch plate, and throwout bearing. Could the fluid in the slave cylinder be getting too hot? Has anyone ever heard of this? thanks in advance.

What pilot bearing or bushing did you use?
