GEAR QUESTION
I have a set of 4.10 gears and was going to put them in.But today someone said that they might not fit the housing.The ? is what is the housing.Is it the carrier?Any help will greatly be appreciated.

i believe what they were refering to is the carrier thickness. the different series carriers ring gear mounting flange is of differant thicknesses and if you get the wrong carrier the ring gear will interfer with the pinion gear.
