I herd there is part that Overrides something in the tranny so when you rev the engine up high in nuetral and you shift ito drive, the Revs dontgo down the stay at the revs you had it up to in neutral....O know this sounds complicated and it is hard to understand but I have no other way of explaining it....Thanks

 

Sounds like a neutral drop. Never a good idea.
