How much does a stock flywheel weigh?

How much does a stock flywheel weigh?
Anybody know if its less then 15lb or more? I have an 88 305TBI w/ a WT5. I am getting a dual friction centerforce clutch and am debating if i should get the 15lb steel flywheel from jegs or not.
