Transfixleo??

Well I got the valve body out and pulled the valves. should they be that hard to pull, some of them seemed to hang up?

The aluminum sleeves can be a little stiff coming out but none of the valves should be. You might need to give them a little push with a pick but once the valves and bore is clean they should flop back and forth in the bore (W/O the springs of course).

To clean uo the scoring do not use sandpaper. Take a fine file and turn the valves as you slowly move the valve accross the file. You are just trying to knock off the high spots, not actually make the valve smaller. Sandpaper tends to round the sharp edges of the valves that are supposed to sweep out any debris.
