Engine: jasper 350
Transmission: 700R-4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 posi
2 73 gears to 3 73 gears
I have a 87 iroc with the 273 posi gears and drum brakes. i can get a 3 73 geared unit complete with disk brakes and calipers. What do i need to convert from drum to disk brakes and do i need something so that my speedo doesnt go crazy from the changing of the gears?

Drum to disc you need to swap to a disc/disc master cylinder and a dsic/disc proportioning valve. You will also need the e-b rake hardware and cables from the disc car.
You need to swap a speedo gear in the trans. '87 is still using a cable driven speedo. A GM dealership should have a chart to tell you what gears go with your tire size and gear ratio to make the speedo read right.
