Screamin hit most of the high points.... I would add, the Panhard bar, the hydraulic brake lines, and the parking brake cables. It's about a 2-3 hour job for one person to swap one, with a floor jack and hand tools; 2 people and air tools would make it take less than an hour.

I found that the easiest way to do it is to put a jack under the hog and remove everything EXCEPT the shocks. Then check & double check to make sure everything is clear. The Torque arm will slide out of the trans mount.

To detail what i usually do:
-Jack up car
-Put jack stands under subframe (just in front of control arm mounts)
-Remove wheels
-Let axel drop, and jack up partly under hog (to support axel)
-remove e-brake cables
-unbolt driveshaft
-remove remove brake line
-remove pan-hard from axel
-Disconnect control arms from axel
-disconnect shocks,
-drop axel and pull out toward rear of car

luckily there are only 5 Bolts, 1 brake line and 2 e-brake cables to disconnect.
