Good luck! I just gave mine away to a guy who needed it. These are rare like hens teeth.
Either repair yours, comb ebay, or just upgrade to a hydraulic TO bearing and hydraulic master cylinder and skip the whole mechanical linkage altogether.

It's not a "kit", you have to custom make it.
Look at Howe racing. Look for their hydraulic throwout bearing. I believe it'll be the same one as the T-10, but email them and verify (if it doesn't say explicitly).
Then you just need some hydraulic lines for pressure and bleed, and a master cylinder of your choice (Howe will specify the size needed, typically 3/4"), and a reservoir for the MC (typically comes with it), and a home build linkage to connect to the pedal (the hardest part for me). Thanks to Midwest control products I made up a bell-crank linkage and an adjustable bar with a yoke end and a NF female threaded end for the MC.
