Very High RPM

I just had my 700R4 rebuilt because 2nd and 3rd gear were burned out. It ran great but then it started to shift really high. I took it back and he fixed it. He said it was the valve that was sticking. But it did not shift wiht firmness like before. Then a week later it did it again. He changed the vavle body and a week after that it did it again. He thinks it is debree from converter. Is this true what can I do to fix this??

Sounds like he needs to pull it out, tear it down, and do it right, including the TC this time.

Under warranty, I might add...

I tend to agree. You may also have 'left overs' in the cooler that are making their way into the tranny. This is why I like to install a TruCool cooler and bypass the radiator. The throttle valve in the VB likes to stick anyways (it is one of the primary causes of failures in these). The TransGo Shift Kit/Reprogramming Kit has a new, redesigned valve in it that takes care of this 99% of the time (as long as something isn't coming apart, loading the tranny).
