Formula with drum rear?
I am under the impression formulas did not come with drum rear ends.
For some odd reason mine has one, it is a 1989 firebird formula, verified by vin. Did these cars come with drum rears, or disc only - which i believe is correct? If this is supposed to be a disc rear car, it would explain the bit of nose dive I have under hard braking. If some one has indeed done a cheap rear swap (probably because it had 3.73s) would it be fairly straight forward to swap back?
I have a perfect 1988 BW 9 bolt with 3.27 that I have all the hardware to, though i suspect the disc hardware (e-brake cables, etc.) were used on the drum rear i have now. Thanks for the help!

Re: Formula with drum rear?
RPO sheet is long gone, It is listed as a L98 car on the little sheet i found under the dash pad though, with all electric options, etc. It is also listed as a firebird FFM (firebird formula) on the title.
Does anyone know if the L98 cars were infact 4 wheel disc only?

Sounds like some one must have swapped the rear out then, will start looking for a disc rear to replace it.
