Evertime i park my car in the garage i have notice that it leaks transmission fluid not matter if it is on or off. I have a 700 R4 trans with overdive. I replace the gasket twice but still leaks in the pan area and when it leaks it goes on the sub frame and makes it worst for me.
Could anyone give my some advice on what to do and also a better gasket because the one i get from autozone is not working out for me

 

Are you sure it is the pan gaske if it was was replaced twice. Did you check if the pan was bent ? Or the leak could be from somewhere higher up, for example the front seal. Leaks from the 700R4 are not always from the gasket, my opinion.
