what kinda fluid is best??

Ok, i need to flush the tranny out, my priorities are having the tranny last longer, then having it shift better. So which is best for this, just getting any synthetic fluid, Trick Shift stuff, or Red Line stuff? Im gonna probably put on a tranny cooler also. I heard the Trick Shift and Red Line stuff can cause ur tranny to screw up earlier. any suggestions, what do u guys use?

Use Dexron, whether regular or full synthetic.

The best synthetic fluid is the Amsoil, then Redline, according to some of the chemists I talk too. The best non-synthetic is the Mobil Dexron III, comes in a blue container and costs about $1.75 a quart. This is the same stuff that Trans-Go uses (valve body modifications) and keeps in 55 gallon barrels in El Monte. This fluid can be found at most K-Marts. I use recommend this fluid to be used in conjuntion with my Pro-Fluid (that is how much I think of it).
