T56 master/slave cylinder which one?

i currently have a t-5 car and i dont know if i just need the slace cyl or the slave and master cyl. which one do i need? aren't there 2 different part numbers for the slave/master cyl setup? how do i know which one that I need?

They only come together in a sealed kit. Includes slave and master cylinder as well as resevoir. Part # is 12559912
