hard shifting
when i shift out of perk in to any gear my intire car shakes an feels like it's gunna fall apart what could cause this i knmow it's not the tranny or motor mounts cuz i have new polyurathane ones i heard it might be the u joints any ideas?

Look for a vacuum leak or some other engine problem. Tranny problems may cause a harsh engagement but not all that shaking you describe.
