How frequently do you change tranny and diff fluid, just reply with a time

How often do you guys change your tranny fluid and rear diff fluid?
My tranny fluid looks fine after I got it rebuild about 15K miles ago. I haven't changed the fluid and it looks fine! Smells and doesn't seem that it needs a change.
About 1000 miles ago I got a SLP take-off torsen posi unit installed, the torsen doesn't have a clutch so.....
Thanks guys

Tranny - 15K or 2 years, whichever comes first. I just use Havoline Dexron III in everything. New filter each time as well.

Rear - 30K, Mobil 1 75W-90

I'm really ****, I guess.

If you monitor your fluid (check it once a week or after any heavy duty driving) and the fluid retains the color & smell from the beginning, you could go for years or just weeks depending on "how you drive". Always run an external trans cooler. Do not think that you will get it to run too cool. Been in the trans business going on 25 years, still looking for my first one that ran "too cool".

Rear.. every 15,000miles or gear ratio change

Trans 15,000miles on the daily,
once a yearon the Z, provided it looks good the whole time.

I'm with Pro Built. The intervals for maintenance on a vehicle that is driven hard do not conform to any one standard. The individual fluids need to be monitored and changed when they show signs of needing to be changed, ie smell change, color change, contaminent build up, etc.....

As an example for the trans: I drive my car pretty hard and it has a stall in it (and a big cooler). I have only owned this car since April and I have changed the filter twice and dropped and replaced the fluid two other times on top of that (I installed a drain plug on the pan...). ATF is cheap in the big picture.......
