700r4 bad or what the heck is the prob

i got a huge problem my 700r4 is acting up checked fluid and its full. Recently changed filter and fluid. The wierd thing is that it can go into gear and shift when its under 170* after it gets hotter then that it wont even go into gear.. Anyone had this problem b4 what do you think is wrong thanks for the help.

Axle/Gears: 3.73
Sounds like you need a rebuild. Hard seals seem to be your problem.
