what is the extra mounts under the tranny for`
There is extran rubbers under the auto tranny that the regular mount bolts too.
What is the purpose of this? Can they be replaced? Do parts store have them?

I dont know what they do exactly, some cars have them and some don't, but replacements are available. Energy Suspension makes them in poly, for example.
