4 speed tranny
4 speed tranny
i'm about to change my stock 305 motor on my 82t/a to a 350. right now i have the 4 speed manual with 2.73's out back, what mods should i do to my rear end or transmission to account for this new power?

Actualy that should be great for your setup.
If you wanted to you could go with 3:08 gears to give it some more off the line pull, but personaly if I was in your situation I would leave the 2:73's in so I could run the gears to higher speeds, not that the jump from 2:73's to 3:08's is major but it's my opinion.

82 Firbird, rebuilt 355 for it and slaped a 700r4 in. The 700r4 crapped out so back to the tb350
