3.23 rear will it hold?

Have 85 Z28 with rebuilt 350 TPI, 700R4, 3.23 with drum in the back. The motor has 300hp running. I need to know if the stock trans and rear will hold up? Will it give me max performance out of the eng? What would be the right thing here?

The supposed "best" ratio for TPI engines is 3.42, but the 3.23's should do you well.

As for strength, the stock 10-bolt should hold up to 300HP. You can help the rear by installing the "girdled" rear cover.
