Another Aluminum Driveshaft Question
what cars came with the aluminum driveshaft? also how long is it? (seeing if it will fit my 2nd gen) also how much power will these handle? my ride should be in the 11 second range and im wondering if they will handle the power or aftermarket is the way to go,.

Engine: 350 HO Deluxe (350ci/330hp)
Transmission: T-5 (Non-WC)
Axle/Gears: Limited Slip 3.23's
Length from U-joint center to U-joint center is 41 1/2 inches. The 1LE shaft's diameter is 2 3/4. Power? Well, as far as I know the alum shaft was only put in some 5.7 cars. I've sold at least one to a hardcore racer for whatever that's worth.
