I have an 88 iroc with a 383, th350 and 2.73 rear. What rear would be the best choice for a daily driver (not much highway driving). I have heard that 3.42's work best with my combo. Any of you out there have a 383, th350 and 3.42 rear? How good does it perform?

Keep your politics to yourself.

The most gear you'll want in the diff and still enjoy highway driving with a TH350 is 3.73. The 3.42's will be fine.

 

Ive had the 3:73's and I dident like them "very agressive" so I went back to the 3:42's. much happier now
