my car drives fine in d but when i put it in od it slips bad from 2nd on reverse and park are fine tv cable has been adjusted to transfixloes specs

The only difference is that in D the Overrun clutches are on which helps the Sprag. This indicates that the Sprag is likely on the way out, which is a common weak point in a 700.
