Leak

I parked my car in a friends garage over night and the next night a good bit of trans fluid had leaked out. It had never leaked before at all to my knowledge and it still seemed to have lots of fluid so i drove it a few miles and there was no leak the next morning. Later that day i added a little fluid and drove it about sixty miles the next morning it had a little leak but nothing major. Then i drove sixty miles home the next day and when i lifted the car up just enough to lay under it there was a pretty steady drip of it leaking out of what looked like a bolt right in front of the pan (not sure what it was) for about 5 mins after i cut the car off. But it still seemed decently full of fluid so i kept driving it and it still shifts fine and i have seen a few spots of fluid under it but nothing like the first two times. So im wondering whats leaking even if it is just a bit now, i think i may have had to much fluid in it to begin with but idk.

Re: Leak

is it a bolt that holds the pan up or is it a bolt on the side of the pan if its on the side then that would be a drain plug
