Anyone know of known transmission leaks?

I have an 89 Firebird V6 Auto. The transmission seems to leak fluid when parked on an uphill angle and the engine is running. Are there any known leak issues with this tranny? I haven't really climbed under the car to investigate yet. Thought I'd pick a few good brains before getting dirty.

could be the rear shaft seal or the speedo o-ring. - Randy

Thanks - it was the rear shaft seal. I pulled the drive shaft and replaced the seal. All is dry again.
