Shift spots

What are good rmps to shift at on a 4th gen? I have my programmer and don't really know the best spot to shift at. I have an automatic also.

You want it the shift to begin just before the top of the power curve at WOT, this is bacause, depending on the trannies calibration that it takes a certain amount of time to complete the shift. It is up to you to determine what your engine does though. You could try pulling in Man1 and see when the RPM's seem to flatten out. You are not looking for the highest RPM you can get to, just how far it goes to and still feels like it is accelerating strong. Sometimes a lower WOT shift point actually yeilds better acceleration and that is the name of the game.
