Is the "95-97 3.8 V6 Camaro & Firebird Hurst Shifter" the same as for 91 T5?

This girl got the shifter for her boyfriend for Christmas. They broke up. She says its a brand new, still in box, 95-97 3.8 V6 Camaro & Firebird Hurst Shifter. I just realized I didn't ask if it's for a automatic or a manual tranny.

I have a 91 formula T5. If this is an manual shifter (the billet plus), is it the one that is for my transmission? Jeg's lists one hurst (billet plus) for 83-01 5-speeds.

Thanks

It's for a T5. Is this the same T5 that is in my car?

It will work with your T5, but I'm not sure if the stick will be in the right location in the console. I think it will, but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks nestz28. I figured it should be the same, since Jeg's only lists one part number for 83-01 T5.

Anyone else know.
