Is this tranny computer controlled in any way? I ask b/c I am ditching all the comp stuff and was wondering if it will affect the tranny.

lockup is controlled by the computer. you still have to have a computer controlled carb(or FI) and computer controlled distributor otherwise the computer doesnt know when to lockup the torque convertor. a kit can be bought to lock it up under different circumstances though....
