s10 converter

can anyone tell me how much it will stall in a 92z28? does anyone have an idea of how much one cost? how about a part number?

87 trans am 12.20 on motor too many mods to list

I believe that you're referring to the S-10 (L-35) converter P/N 2420 2310 rated @ 2,025 and cost just a little over $200.

Hey is that S-10 coverter too much for a mildly modded 305 TBI ? By modded I mean full exhaust ( TPI manifolds and y-pipe, cat back ), high flow intake and TB, and an LT1 cam?

It is good for milder setups since you won't waste your lower end power. It will stall around 2100-2200 in that application.

yah i read about it, it is a lockup converter. how many of you guys are runnin it and how do you like it???
