I am looking for a flexplate for an engine which is a one piece rear main seal 350 hooked to a 700R4. when I search through napa it only comes back when I put the L98 engine in as an option. The flexplate would not show up if i put in a 305 TBI, TPI or V6 ( I thought V8 one piece rear main seal 153 tooth flexplates were all the same from each of the V8 engines). Was there something different about the flexplates on the L98? When I search on Summit I can't even get it to come back without inputing the part number. Zoom performances website says it's used with GM applicatins one piece rear main seal 350 H.O. Engine. I don't want to buy it if it will not fit.

The flexplates after 1986 should all be one piece rear main seal. and iknow camaros use 153tooth gear pattern. so i would say that the one you found on summit would work. Something to look into though, i think that 350s atfer 1986 are externaly balance on the flexplate. maybe someone can verify that?
On Probation
autozone's website had no trouble finding me a flexplate for a '91 Camaro RS 305/700R-4 just now. It's alot cheaper than that Summit listing, too.
