i have a 1986 trans am ws6 with the 305 tpi 700r4. car originally had 2.77 gear ratio i swapped in another 9bolt that had 3.73s in it. since the vss is electronic does this make gas milage suffer. like if i change the vss gear to the 3.73 gear will i get better milage cause shifting is all f'ed up. wondering what the vss controls. thanks
