I had a really good site for modifying the 200R4 without buying a shift kit-but I LOST it.
Anyone else out there know of one? I've got to replace the transmission in an '88 Fleetwood, and I want to stiffen up the tranny before I install it. Help?

If you are trying to fix the problems in a 2004R, I would use the standard TransGo Shift kit, not the Performance Shift kit, but the one that I modify. It will solve a lot of the issues with the 2004R, without making it shift real firm. The TV system on these has always been a problem. Are you rebuilding it now? or what are you doing exactly?
