ok my 84 camaro z28 has a 700r4 trans which is going out and i was wondering do i have to replace it with another trans that came out of a camaro or say can i use one that came out of a truck, s10, astro van ect. and change the parts and what parts would i need to change if i was able to use a 4x4 700r4??? i know the tail shaft and what else??? HELP!!!!! thanks

 

I'm in the process of doing a auto to T56 conversion and I have a nice 700R4 that I will be selling. Has 70,000 on it. The only issue may be the speedo conversion cal as this one has a vss not a cable drive. Adapters available.

 

how much would u wanna sell it for? and im in washington so depending on where your located im sure shipping isnt going to be cheap.
