1200.00......... ID BE ALL OVER THAT........ NEW THEY ARE 2200.00 OR MORE JUST FOR THE TRANSMISSION......... youll need an adapter plate from fortes and you can then bolt it up to a gm bellhousing and will not need to change the shifter

Re: TKO 600 from a ford?

We have a precise drill jig to drill the GM pattern on the TKO. We can machine the input and retainer to the GM length pilot etc. You should have a safety bell housing probably anyway and it will bolt right up. We did hundreds that way for all kinds of GM cars before Tremec ever offered a Gm TKO. Let me know if I can help. Bob

Re: TKO 600 from a ford?

from my understanding the tko is based off of a ford design anyway. agree with badass as well, call mike forte at forte auto parts.....he has a TON of info on this, and the only adater plate spacer that I know of that you NEED to use to run a tko. Call 508-875-0016, tell him you seen info on thirdgen.org. Great guy. worth the phone call.
