?s on speedo gears, went from 2.77 to 3.23

Hi all,

I need help on what gears I need and where I can buy them. I killed my 2.77 rear end and replaced it with a new one that is 3.23. My speedo is wrong obviously. Can someone tell me what I need to buy and where so my speedometers is correct again? Thanks a million.

I also got 2 more questions that are not so important as the above.

1. I put new gear oil in the rear end (don't remember name), it came from autozone and said limited slip additive not needed. Should I add some anyways? I'm hearing some weird noises, can limited slip make any noises because I didn't add the additive?

2. My 89 Iroc does around 14sec @ around 101 mph is that too much power for the standard BW 9 bolt? Cause I am worrying that I will kill the new (way used) rear end. My father told me not to worry, he said I killed the old one because it had a leak I had no gear oil in it. What you guys think?

Thanks a million again!

If you have a T-5, see the sticky for the drive/driven gears you'll need. If you have a 700R4, phone the following company (either way you can purchase what you need from them):

1. Yes.
2. No.
