Re: Bracket
I used this one: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-8030/ It's a very nice chromed bracket, and it's very sturdy - doesn't bend with TV cable pressures like the el cheapo Spectre jobs.
I had to drill one extra hole in it - see how it slides for adjustment? I had to drill one extra hole for the slider on the TV cable to get it just right. But haven't had to readjust any in 3 years now - nice clean sturdy unit!

Re: Bracket
OK - there's a few pics in my Photobucket for ya.
In the first pic - you see 3 bolts, and there's a 4th hiding behind the valve cover bolt in the pic. The two lower bolt holes are the ones I had to drill to get my TV cable just right. I just lined across the two existing holes, and drilled two new ones about 1/2 inch forward.
There are small brackets that actually hold the cables, that bolt onto the large bracket piece - these slide via those bolts and holes in the big piece - loosen the bolts, and slide to adjust. I couldn't get mine to slide far enough foward (the TV cable slider) - thus the new holes drilled. Hope that makes sense.
This link says "Item doesn't exist" - just scroll down to see - there are a couple there:
