I'd just do a transcooler so you by pass the radiator, and there cheap. Otherwise Deep or finned eirther one will run with what the radiator temp is.

Re: deep or finned pan?
Get a good aftermarket cooler. If you search around on here about deep pans, almost everyone has had problems with them scraping the ground in camaros.
Re: deep or finned pan?
Deep pans equal problems and fined pans are aluminum and they are worse yet...they don't bend but crack. So take your choice of what you want and either are good choices.

Re: deep or finned pan?
I ran a chromed pan on my glide for years. I finally installed an aluminum deep pan (with fins). The extra capacity helps in cooling the oil even though I still run a huge cooler and the aluminum pan adds rigidity to the transmission case.
